Welcome to Diana at Lake Powell Estate, where royal glam and comfort meet lake life.

The spacious, fully fenced backyard invites you to unwind and connect. It features a grill, comfortable outdoor seating, and plenty of family friendly games, ideal for evening barbecues, friendly competition, and relaxing beneath the desert sky.

The beautiful custom Lake Powell mural provides the perfect backdrop for gathering, sharing stories from the day, and planning your next adventure.

The largest bedroom features a king bed, queen sleeper couch and 55" Roku TV. ( Please note, food items are shown for staging purposes only and not included with your stay ).

Floor plan of all the areas to help you envision your stay with us. There's a door with keypad connecting the Main house laundry room and Guest house entry hallway. We can set up a code for your stay if you'd like interior access between MH & GH

As you enter the Main house, you'll find plenty of hooks to hang your jackets on and a shoe rack to store your shoes. Ticom vacuum cleaner is right there, any time you need it, just push the start button and it will go to work for you.

As soon as you open the Main house door, you'll enter the open concept living room, dining room and kitchen with a view all the way out to the large Main house backyard.

Kitchen "island" is large enough to seat 4 and enjoy their meal while it still provides ample work space to prepare food for the rest of the group.

There's a Visitor's book and a House Manual. Please leave us a note about your experience, we love to read it when we come for a visit.

There are couple of board games and cards to pass the time indoors, if the weather insists.

Also a few books for adults and kids are provided to pass the time if the weather doesn't cooperate with your outdoors adventure plans.

Large kitchen peninsula easily seats 4 and leaves enough working space for the chef. With beautiful views of the backyard.

Coffee and tea bar with variety of coffee brews, hot chocolate and teas, includes creamers, to get your day started. Salt and pepper to spice up your meals any time.

Enjoy your evenings outside with dimly lit solar lights or by the firepit.

When you open the front door, you'll enter a large, open concept, kitchen, dining and living room.

2 comfortable leather couches with built in pillows, additional pillows and blankets provide cozy place to relax or spend a night on.

There are couple of board games and books, including children's books to pass the time.

Retreat to your bedroom, where a luxurious, memory foam king bed and thermal blackout curtains create the perfect environment for deep, restorative sleep, so you can wake refreshed and ready for another day of adventure.

Outdoor seating with propane fire table and solar lights to spend a relaxing and romantic evening by. ( Please note, food items are shown for staging purposes only and not included with your stay ).

Leatherette sleeper couch easily transforms into a second bed. Linens and pillows are stored inside the chaise portion which lifts up to open.

After a long day full of adventures, you can heat up a meal or make a cup of tea or hot chocolate, curl up on the couch and watch your favorite show on the 55" Smart TV or just enjoy the flame and rustling of the electric fireplace.

Park in the 2 car driveway and you'll see the sign for Diana at Lake Powell Guesthouse. The gate to enter the backyard is to the right.

Handles are covered with neoprene type material to prevent burns during the hot and sunny days.

Nice size private backyard. It's about 30 feet long and 20 feet wide.

We chose sustainable materials and items to provide pleasant, relaxing atmosphere year round. Evergreen, artificial turf and variety of solar lights to enhance your stay.

Propane fire table, comfortable outdoor seating and solar twinkle lights create a nice atmosphere for a romantic evening. ( Please note, food items are shown for staging purposes only and not included with your stay ).

During the annual Hot Air Balloon Regatta, you can just sit outside, in the backyard, with your breakfast and hot tea or coffee, and watch the show. Happens every year, end of October/first weekend in November.

Metallic blue door is your private entrance.

There's a crate in the living room where you can leave your dogs if you're taking a tour where they can't accompany you. Just bring their favorite bed or blanket.
