We’re a USAF veteran family from Las Vegas with a passion for the outdoors and life on the water. As avid boaters, we’ve spent countless days exploring Lake Mead, but after my (Lenka’s) first visit to Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon in 2018, I knew this place was special. When Dean experienced it for the first time in 2022, he fell in love with it too.
In 2023, we purchased this property as our family’s vacation home. Over the next nine months, we drove from Las Vegas every weekend to completely renovate it, with our then two-year-old son proudly “helping” along the way. Every detail was designed to create the kind of home we’d love to stay in ourselves.
Today, we’re proud to share it with families, boaters, hikers, dog lovers, and everyone looking to experience the beauty of Lake Powell. Welcome to the place we fell in love with, we hope you will too!
Diana at Lake Powell was set up for the way people really travel to Page. Some guests come to hike the slot canyons and chase sunset at Horseshoe Bend. Others come to launch a boat and spend time on the water. Plenty bring the dog and the whole family. The four listings flex around it all, so couples and crews of fourteen both feel at home. You are never far from the trails, the lake, or a good meal in town.
The entire estate accommodates up to 14 guests. The Main House sleeps up to 10 guests, the Guest House sleeps up to 4 guests, and the Private King Bedroom is perfect for 2 guests.
Both. You can book a single room, the Guest house, the Main house or the entire Estate together, depending on the size of your group.
Yes. Many trails, local attractions, and the lake are less than 10 minutes away.
Yes! Dogs are welcome across all of the listings, so the whole family can come along.
The property is located in Page, Arizona. Three Lake Powell marinas and launch ramps are less than 10 miles away.
The pick up location for one of the Antelope Canyon tours is just 0.9 miles away. Horseshoe Bend is 4.7 miles away.

Yes. All direct bookings require a signed Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking. You can review a sample agreement here
Yes. Our House Rules are included in Section 5 of the Rental Agreement. We encourage all guests to review them before booking.

Cancellations made 60 days or more before the scheduled Check-In Date and time are eligible for:
