We’re so happy you’re here. If there’s anything you need while planning your stay, just let us know, we’re always happy to help.

Our property offers flexibility for groups of up to 14 guests, with two connected spaces :

Main House : 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms
Guest House : 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom (attached, with private entrance and separate backyard)

Sleeping arrangements include :

3 King beds
1 Queen bed
1 Queen sleeper sofa + 1 Queen air mattress
1 Twin sleeper sofa + 2 additional couches

Every bedroom and living space has a Smart TV, so everyone can unwind their own way.

One of the best parts of staying here is how close you are to everything:

1 – 2 minutes :
Restaurants, Safeway, gas stations

5 – 15 minutes :
Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, Antelope Point Marina, Wahweap Marina, Stateline Launch Ramp, Walmart

30+ minutes:
Toadstool Hoodoos, The Wave

Day trips (2+ hours):
Grand Canyon (North & South Rim), Zion, Monument Valley

You’re right in the heart of it all, without giving up that peaceful, tucked away feel.

When you pull up and step out of the car, take a second. Look down the quiet cul-de-sac. Take in the colorful desert landscape of mesas and open plains. Breathe in the air. Exhale, your vacation starts right here. ( In the morning, walk to the end of the street and catch a beautiful sunrise. )

Main House :

* Open concept living, dining, and kitchen are designed for connection. The dining area's custom Lake Powell mural is a great conversation starter
* Views of the large backyard from the main space
* Two comfy leather couches + 55” Roku TV
* Board games + a guest book ( we truly love reading your stories! )

The kitchen has everything you need :

- Coffee and tea bar
- Microwave, toaster, blender, full size fridge
- Basic cookware + Crockpot + Rice maker
- Propane grill outside

That said, we also encourage you to take a break from cooking and enjoy your vacation, and the local eateries nearby.

The Main House backyard is where memories tend to happen. It features :

* Fully fenced yard ( great for kids & dogs )
* Sectional seating for 8
* Fire pit with seating for 10
* High top table for 4
* Lawn games: cornhole, axe throw, darts, bucket golf, archery set and a large ball for smaller kids
* Soft solar lighting for evenings

At night, look up, the stars here are something else. On clear nights, the Milky Way is easy to see.

Main House Sleeping Spaces :

* Bedroom 1 - King bed + Queen sleeper sofa, ensuite bath
* Bedroom 2 - King bed
* Bedroom 3 - Queen bed, workspace desk, beautiful Horseshoe Bend mural

We’ve tried to think of the little things, like blackout curtains and shades, sound machines, and TVs in each bedroom to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Guest House :

Perfect for added privacy while still staying connected. It features :

* Private entrance
* Private fenced backyard with fire table
* Kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee and tea bar
* Cozy living area with Smart TV + electric fireplace
* King bedroom + additional sleeping space in living room ( twin pull out couch )

It’s a great setup for grandparents, couples, or anyone who wants a little extra quiet space.

RV / Boat Parking & Adventure Space :

* Gated, fenced parking area
* 28’ RV/boat pad (no hookups)
* Space for jet skis, trailers, or other toys
* Optional tent camping area for a fun night under the stars with a fire pit (please bring your own tent )

We've designed this home to enhance your vacation experience with thoughtful details:

* Waterproof and bed bug-proof mattress and pillow encasements on all beds for your peace of mind.
* Blackout shades and/or curtains in all the bedrooms
* No carpet to reduce dust, dander, and allergens, only one area rug for comfort.
* Local emergency contact available to address any issues during your stay.
* Support for local small businesses through our cleaning, pest control, and maintenance providers.
* Dog-friendly with two large, fully fenced in backyards for your pets to enjoy ( We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please note that a pet fee applies, and be sure to include all pets in your reservation ).
* We provide a starter pack of essentials ( toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, body wash and shampoo with conditioner )
* No laundry list of chores before checkout. We ask that you leave the home in an orderly manner, but leave the cleaning to us.
* Conveniently located near all the local attractions.
* We understand that local tour schedules or flight times may make early check in or late check out more convenient. When our schedule allows, we’re happy to offer these for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance with the exact time you need and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
