You will be renting an entire house, but please note that the rental includes access to just one bedroom and one bathroom. You'll also have access to a kitchenette style amenities, which include coffee and tea bar, microwave, toaster, and full size fridge with freezer. These are only meant for light cooking/heating up food. The new custom Lake Powell mural by the dining table makes a perfect conversation starter as you reflect on a day full of canyon and lake adventures. No laundry facilities are available. Enjoy beautiful, spacious, evergreen backyard with views of the desert buttes and mesas with plenty of room for your dogs to run and play. We hope this setup works well for you and wish you a comfortable stay!

Once you're ready to rest, retire into your large, private bedroom #2. There's a comfortable, memory foam King bed, plenty of room to store all your belongings and 55" Roku TV for your entertainment.

Just across from the bedroom door is your bathroom, with single sink marble vanity and shower/tub combo with handheld showerhead.

This home is proudly owned, serviced and maintained by a USAF veteran family. It is designed to enhance your vacation :

- By providing waterproof and bedbug proof mattress and pillow encasements on all beds.
- Our home has no carpet to reduce dust, dander and allergens.
- Local emergency contact to handle any issues during your stay
- We support local small businesses through our cleaning, pest control and other maintenance providers
- We are dog friendly and offer fully fenced in backyard ( We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! Please note that a pet fee applies, and be sure to include all pets in your reservation ).
- We provide a starter pack of essentials ( toilet paper, paper towels, soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner )
